My Younger brother has Facebook profile filled with Memes pages on his timeline?

I dont really like it. He is 9 years old and he just tends likes every annoying try-hard Meme profiles out there in facebook. Every time I see it I told him to unlike all of it. Is it okay? They are not even appropriate some of them are insults, lies, non-sense qoutes and hate rage.
