Usually when u send them requests.. u start following them until they accept ur request...
So, u can go to ur profile and just see "following" tab on ur profile....

there is no way to check that - you just have to remember who you sent requests to

You can see your pending request in Activity Log ➤ Friends. No pending request means either they accepted you (you'll see that over there) or they reject it (you don't see this overthere or anywhere else).
