Facebook: WHAT DO I DO?!?

O.K. so there is one of my good friends but they live in Barcelona. I'm friends with him on Facebook and I've been trying to talk to him for the past 2-3 weeks. He NEVER checks his messages so like that doesn't work. I know how to see when he was last online and I have resorted to physically waking myself up 2am West Coast time just to try to catch him but whenever I do he isn't online. Then I check last online in the morning and it would say like 17hours ago. (There is a way to tell for people who go online on the computer just to tell you). Whenever I don't wake myself up he is online. I don't know what to do because I've left a post on his wall too and that didn't work either. I think he goes online for like 30seconds unless he is chatting with someone. WHAT DO I DO?! The only connection with him is through facebook and I won't see him until next July when we meet up at summer camp. I don't think I want to wait that long to talk to him again but it's like whenever I'm at school he is online or out and about but whenever I'm sleeping he's up and at it too! Whenever I am able to go online he isn't online... I've actually like sorta flipped out I guess over this when I missed him by 5 minutes... SOMEONE HELP ME OUT. Half the day here in America (west coast) is the evening for him so up until 2:00pm West Coast America time he is up (11pm his time). I don't want to wake myself up at night because it doesn't do me well a couple hours later while I'm at school so ya... someone help?

He is probably ignoring you, but if you really think you just aren't catching him at the right time try pulling an all nighter
