click on settings select privacy settings--->click on notification on your screen left--->click on Email on the right panel then choose "Only notifications about your account, security and privacy " option then close option

Go to your privacy settings,click on notifications then check at email "only notifications about my account, security and privacy "

Go to settings and you will see an option to send notifications. Do what ever you want there.
