Won't let me upload videos on Facebook?

The other day I tried to upload this video of me and my friends from my iphone, and it was almost done when a thing popped up saying 'this post has been marked as abusive or spammy' and the upload failed. I have tried many times over the last few days and it still won't let me. I have tried to upload different videos too, incase it was the video, but that doesn't work, it says it with all videos. I've logged off then on again, deleted then downloaded the app again, nothing will work. Any ideas or solutions?

Make sure it's less than 10 minutes long and in an acceptable format, I used mp4

If you are many time try to up load video but not success. May be you video length big, not supported format, upload time your net speed slow, many more region occur. So you fine it, but i suggest you better option read facebook FAQ policy. I hope more benefit your.
