buy a web hosting service or use free services such as blogger or tumblr. If you get a web hosting account, i suggest namecheap.com . Going that route you get into your cpanel, scroll down to softilicious, install wordpress. then watch a few of the million or so youtube video tutorials on how to make it pretty.
