Why are people commenting colors on VINE?

On Vine videos, I see lots of comments saying different colors like 'Red color' or 'Blue' 'Pink' etc...what does this mean? thank you in advance

I though this too, but found out that people think it will change the colour of their vine so I they comment 'blue colour' supposedly vine will be blue haha
