No. It is your profile picture, so anyone can see it, including people you don't have as a friend.

You can make it visible in the way of know one can see hats on your Facebook or any information if tats what you mine but, no you can't make your proflie picture visible however. You can make your pictures viable to e people who view your proflie who is not our friend best place to go or Facebook help and advice is http://www.facebook.com/help

Yeah there is. on laptop/computer what you do is click on your profile picture then next to the date there is this box that usually has two people one person standing behind the other or a globe if you click on that and go to custom you can it'll say share this click on the thing that says these people or lists the, box next to it click on it then click specific people or lists. From there you can write in the box under that appears what friends you want to see it then save changes. If there is just a few you don't want to see it. It'll be easier to just put their names in the don't want to share with which is under the want to share with.You can check after if it has worked by going next to the date again putting the mouse on it and you'll see. You can do that with anything on Facebook as far as I know. Hope this makes sense.
