facebook account problem?

My boyfriend's fb got hacked and I tried to reset the password and all that but I don't have access to any of his email account and he doesn't remember the password of both of them, he just wants to get on fb so he can deactivate his account but we can't cuz we can't get in and we don't know wat could be the password, can anyone help me out please?

If you do not have access to the account, then you need to contact facebook right away and get them to retake the account for you. You will be able to prove that you are the original account holder, and they will give back control of the account to you.

The important thing here is to let facebook know what happened right away. If the account was hacked, I'm guessing the hacker is using the account to do some bad things. If facebook finds out about those, they can delete your account if they think it is you and not a hacker doing it.
