How do i make a sidebar page that has the like button that someone like me or you can like and i keep them posted on stuff like memes and pictures

you create a different type of page when you sign up, either a business page or an artist page. You could create a regular user page and make it what you want so people can like it but it's better to make a different type of type so you can share it and people have the option to actually like it.
