Can Facebook see my messages and picture messages?
Me and my friend have started this relationship I'm 15 and he is 17 we sent each other some Dirty pictures starting yesterday. And today I thought to hell with it and sent him a picture of myself and he sent one of himself we were unclothed and showing our privates he is sort of a perv and I'm really horny for him. He then told me goodnight and said he's text me tomorow I said okay. In the next few minutes something happened to his account when I went on my messages his profile pic had the words Facebook user on it and I couldn't send him anything. I'm just wondering are we going to get in trouble with our school or the police? I'm freaking out right now! Will Facebook close his account down? Will he get in trouble will I?

Well they can see it, chances are no-one has looked at it though. If it says facebook user (and you can't reply/send him anything) where his name is he either blocked you or deleted/deactivated his account. It wouldn't show you that facebook admin have seen your pictures even if they had. Its best not to send those through sites like that, but honestly you can't get in trouble for personal messages like that unless you report each other and even then I think you just are told to block that person.
If he turns 18 and you send him pictures it would then be illegal as you are a minor and he is not anymore. It would count as child porn. You would technically be guilty of distributing child porn but probably not charged. He would be at risk of facing criminal charges that would follow him for life. But nothing is 'illegal' about this current situation! Fb won't do anything about those messages! |

if you Mean Text Messages No If you Are Talking about Facebook Messages Than Yes Anything on Facebook The Facebook Team Can See Its Possible He May Have Deactivated His Account or Deleted it Ask Him if He Deleted it Other Wise Someone May have Reported him For Something and His Account May Have Gotton Deleted Since your Both Minors you Wont Get In Trouble As Far as What you Were Sending Each Other But Facebook Does not Allow Nudity So your stuff Would Get Deleted Thats About it
