How do I get this Facebook log in bloack off?

I am blocked on my origional account under ktcutie1994@gmail.com because of unanswered or rejected friend requests from almost 6months ago??? I have not recently sent any friend requests to people i dont know, ive sent one to my cousin , and if there are requests from the past that havent been answered or been rejected theres nothng i can do about that, BUT THEY PUT ME ON A 30 DAY BLOCKAGE FOR THIS. I DIDNT COMMIT A CRIME OF ANY SORT OK. I created another account and gave them poor feedbacka and complained but i dont know how to reach someone who can actually talk to me and get this removed, cause im not waitiing for 30 days for this bullshittttt.
