Who can see your status privacy settings? Facebook?

If you post a status and tag a page using @... can they see the privacy setting of your status(like if it's "everyone" "friends" or "only me")? and If the privacy setting is set to "only me" can they see the post?

no one else can see the list of people, they just see the word "custom" - even if you tag them

but if you tag someone they will be able to see it no matter what you have your privacy setting set to
