How to set up admin rights and restrictions?
How do I setup my PC so that only the admin can have access to the control panel, regedit32, gpedit.msc,a partition like drive C:\ and other things you might suggest restricting from regular users "my family"

When you go to create there account in control panel, set them up as "Limited Users".
