Even when deleting your account it is never truly gone, if you type into goole the results will have a hyerlink called "cached" underneath each result, this allows you to view previous versions, so realistically you cannot "completley" delete yourself once its on the internet

if You Deactivate Your Posts Disappear But Get Saved and Stored in the Facebook System If you Delete Permanently Than The Posts Are Deleted For Good
