How do you report somebody on Twitter so they get deactivated?

Okay there is this girl on Twitter, her name is @biebercuntx and she is literally the worst human being ever. All she does is hate on people, calling then ugly, fat, worthless, she even tells people to kill themselves. I want her to be deactivated, even though I know she'll get another Twitter, but she needs to have that account deactivated. I have screenshots if Twitter needs proof out something I just need to know how to report then first. Thanks

Report that account to Twitter. They will look at it and decide whether the account violates their terms of use, not anyone else.
