How do I stop Youtube from recommending me certain users?
I hate Phillip DeFranco but a lot of others too. Youtube keeps recommending them because they have a lot of subscribers.

The best I can do to change this algorithm is to thums down any videos I don't like.

I don't "like" things on you tube for that reason, and I think you have answered your own question.
