Toned abs for women in one-two months?
Over the summer I'd like to get toned and have a good figure, I was wondering what is the best way to tone abs and lose that little bit of fat? Unfortunately I can't do any proper running at the moment due to recovering from major surgery a while back, but I can row and cycle. What is the best way to get toned and and a good figure?

I'm sorry I really don't know the details yet. I want the same thing but I'm new (aha)

All I know is since seeing "fitspiration" posts and hashtags on twitter, tumbler and (best of all) instragram, I've been SO SO much more motivated! They also show loads of healthy eating plans and various workouts (including ones that only target abs)

Look it up! I saw one thing that said losing weight is about 20% exercise and 80% diet!
