No, it is totally private only you can see that. Where is asks you for a new password it lets you know how long ago was when you last changed it.

If you change your face book accounts password, it can not be watched on the others' account because it is totally private activity. The other notifications can be seen own the others' account like changing of name or uploading any thing etc.
