Why is Instagram so spammy now?!?

As soon as I post a photo I get spam comments, it's really annoying.

Is this due to facebook buying it? Android users being allowed on it? I used to love IG now it's terrible!

Hello Sarah,

There are a lot of spammers our their now... There is not way to stop them... Their main intention is to annoy others... The best way to be happy with their presence is to keep your things open to a limited set of people only... When things go public, spammers will be the first ones to attack... So share your pics or whatever with the set of people you know...
