I will point you in the right direction though since I assume you don't have or know how to root an android phone... FaceNIFF or DroidSheep. As far as how to do it on your PC I'm not even going to point you in the general direction because it's so incredibly easy my 9 year old nephew can do it, sorry.

it's easiest way for you
if you want other stuff you'll need much more tech info which i doubt you have or you wouldn't need to ask the question.
