The fact is that it has very little effect on economic issues in the broad sense.

Well, it lets ya know they found the "missing" $6.6 Billion
dollars (in cash on a pallet), that was left in a warehouse in
Iraq....for expenses to help out that country !
I checked my mailbox, but NONE of the $6.6 Billion
was there. Alas... I'm "only an American"....
