How to put something of a Facebook page that you find from google, to where another page can't rip you off?

I run a Facebook page and I find photos and use them to put with an article I will write. I have had an issue with a page taking what I've done, ad have put a watermark on to the photos. I've had one of the people who I guess own the picture telling me why I shouldn't put the watermark on there after I had their permission to use the photo. I don't want to be stealing someone else's work, but I'm trying to protect mine. What can I do?

Anything you put on Facebook or anywhere in internet, whoever that can see it, can "steal" it, that's the bottom line.
