Can you upload pictures onto Instagram with a PC?

My phone isn't capable of running Instagram (HTC Wildfire) and my laptop broke. My parents PC isn't good enough to run Instagram on bluestacks either. So is there any other way of uploading pictures? Or do I need to wait?

You could try to use instagram.com, but besides that there really isn't much you can do. if you're wildfire is rooted you gould get opengl or chainfire that might help. but besides that you'll probably have to wait
