what does a hashtag do cause im not sure?
I know it has something to do with twitter, but what is it for? Everywhere I look its like hashtag this and hashtag that, what is this about?? The last time I seen a hashtag was in a phone book right b4 numbers. If you cant tell im not used to being on the internet much. haha
