How do I post pictures on instagram from Instagram chrome?

I know how to post pics on instagram from a mobile device but I just can't figure out how to post one when I'm on instagram chrome

Ok u answered my question about .....guy Sebastian is a celebrity like 20 years older then me he's an amazing singer and a judge on the X factor. U r either messing with me or u thought tht i meant a guy called Sebastian but guy is his first name. Type into google guy Sebastian and u might be able to answer my question if he's hot or not.
You obviously arnt Australian. Type guy Sebastian into google. He sings battle scars and loads of other songs. Lol u went on about me going out with him hahahahahahaha. ( i tried picking u as best answer to tell u this but it wouldn't work) i mean no trouble i just wanted to make sure u knew who he was. Merry christmas
