Download facebook video?

My friend created a video and put it on facebook. I'm tagged in it, I can see it on facebook and I've commented on it and shared it. But I want to download it to my pc (windows 8). I tried some different sites but they all said that the video was private. So what do I do now? Is there a way to download it? Please tell me how if you know. Thanks x

using firefox, download plugin called: downloadhelper, it'll let you download the video, other ways is going throw the source code which can be lots of pain.
