How do I hide my password in facebook?

When i go to facebook it shows my email address and my password (*****) How do I hide this info as anyone could access my facebook account from my laptop

Depending on what browser you're using, you'd go into settings and then saved passwords. The easiest (and somewhat half assed) way to do it is to just type a bogus password and then click yes when it asks you to save it. Then the wrong one is saved until you can figure out how to remove it the right way.
