Vine is ruining Facebook!!!!!!!!?

Will Facebook somehow shuts Vine down because it's ruining the FB advertising and other stuff???, not literally shut it down but deny it's prevelage to share any Vine video on FB, just saying, I personally think that it's kinda like social network vs social network type of way.
