Just if they have millions of other profiles their fake . Like Jenna mason .

Search the name in Google seeing if facts tie up. Reverse search the photos using Google images or tin eye to see if they turn up elsewhere. Check friends list. Is there family there, are there friends from the same area / workplace etc?

If you have to check any facebook account for fake or real you must check profile pictures and other activities done by account owner. If he/she has original picture and update them time to time it will be real account.
