Why not? Although its a social network, most people have work colleagues on theirs, but I personally don't think its a good idea. Employers are reading FB and making decisions on employment based on this so why would you broadcast your personal life?

Yes it is fine, my boyfriend started doing it the other day, and I got all why why why, over it. Then I realized that it was me being over naggy, I mean, half of the coworkers he added were 10 years older and already had a life of their own, why worry about that (: ?

If it's from his work, then why not? I'm pretty sure you have people from your work office on your friends list, or you have their number.
How else is he going to communicate with them outside of work? Haha...

If from YOUR work, then I'd find that creepy if my boyfriend started adding MY friends from MY work! I'd either think he's checking up on me or... Yeah, that. But if from his work, then ofc.
Why is it such a problem to you?
