Facebook problem please help?

Everytime i go on someone's profile and look at there pictures it only shows half of them while the other half are just white boxes. All people's pics that im looking at are my friends. If i click on them it just shows black. I've tried google chrome, internet explorer and firefox and the problem persists. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks
It's not that because it happens to every single profile that I view.

Its not a explorer issue its a setting that can use a Facebook user to protect their data. This can be set in Privacy Setting either your friends or some other can see your pictures or not.
