How many twitter accounts can I make before they ban my IP?

so I need to make a lot of twitter accounts (not for a spam reason) but I don't want them to ban my IP because I have a main twitter account that I don't want deleted. So how many will be okay to make? I'm using different email addresses for every account and they're all confirmed.

They might catch an unusual amount of activity coming from your IP, but I don't know.

Depends on whether they allow multiple accounts on one ISP
let alone on Twitter.

But you can rest assured someone will flag you sooner or
later for it.

Not only that one day you will say something that someone
else object to and report it and then Twitter will investigate
it. That's when it will show up multiple accounts and every
one of them will get clobbered.
