Have you tried setting up a VPN. There are lots of servers in other countries that you could connect to and you should be able to access all websites.

you should try to set-up vpn first. Then also it is not working then forget it.

Your only option is using a decent VPN provider which offers PPTP and OpenVPN connections. I recommend vpnmaster. Their service work almost everywhere.
