Is there anyway to uninstall the new face book update in iPhone/iPod? Please help?

I updated it but I hate it and want to go back to the previous fb before the update is there anyway i can do this on my iPod? Please help

as far as i know once you update an app it's permanent, sorry dude.

No way, unless you have a backup of that apk.
Hmm, or try google it, but if you find the old version, do you think your iPod will permit you to install from outside your iStore?
Better try to learn how to use it, anyhow it'll also be update later, do you want to stick with the old version then, while maybe there're some features that you like to have.

Sorry but no, once the update is applied you cannot change it back.
