Would the person know if you blocked them?

Long story, but point is, how would the person know if you blocked them. If they search your name, would they be able to find your profile? I want to try to be invisible from that person. Can I do that? Could I somehow appear that I don't have a Facebook to that person? Plzz help! Thnxx!!

I think they will figure out when they cant access your stuff, but if they were never added and couldn't access it then no they would not.

When you block someone, you guys don't exist to each other on Facebook. So they essentially wouldn't be able to find you anymore in any way unless they searched for you using an account of a mutual friend.
