My facebook account disable.?

Soo a months ago..my facebook account disabled and still now i cant open it so first i cant open my yahoo mail it says that i cant log sooo yap i had some good important stuffs there but cant open it. I TRIED YAHOO,entering email and code..and now they said its not existing anymore. SO IM JUST CRYING I GOT A LOT OF IMPORTANT STUFF THERE!!! heelp me

your computor has been hack. with a keylogger app.anything you type can be seen by another individual.Your accounts are gone,Had this happen lost some things, but irealized it, went in found the program and deleted it, took awhile.
