How do I unlock my facebook account?

I cannot find a usable answer via the Facebook Help Center. Hoping someone knows what I can do...

When I log in, I receive the message "Your account is temporarily locked. We don't recognize the device you're using. Please answer a few security questions to keep your account safe." I click Continue and enter the captcha text. Then, Facebook asks me to confirm my identity by providing my birthdate. BUT when I enter my birthdate correctly, a message claims this is not the correct information on file. Facebook directs me to "try logging into Facebook from a device you've logged in with before." I have no clue what other device this would be, other than my computer.

The Facebook help center simply directs me to take the steps above. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

If you change your browser or your service provider of your internet provider may lead to this problem, "try logging into Facebook from a device you've logged in with before" it implies the browser you already used nor the laptop or computer. Your chrome and firefox will look as different device for facebook.

Try using your facebook with the browser you already used for firefox. In some cases date of birth we entered may differ from their data. I hope this will work for you
