how do I delete a post I didn't even reblog on Tumbrl?

so i have this blog on Tumblr& i get question saying
"why would you reblog that kind of picture?" "lol i think you got hacked"
I was really confused,so i checked out my blog to see whats going on
i see these picture like nudity and when i went to delete the picture it would just go to the
source that actually posted it.I really do need help.I do appreciate it!!

Tumblr had a glitch today and this has happened to a lot of people, and it won't let you delete any of the glitch posts (I really hope they are able to fix that). Thankfully the post on mine was just some Jane Austen quotes.
