Why cant friends see the posts i share on facebook?

Well,you have to change your settings.go to timeline and tagging or below 'what's on your mind?' then change it to 'friends' 'friends of friends' or 'everyone'.
Its that simple.

You must have shared to your own Timeline, while the audience setting (at the bottom of the Share box) is set to Only Me, that's why. So change it to Friends for your friends to be able to see it.

For the pics that already in your Timeline, you can change it too by clicking the Audience Setting and click Friends.

When you are writing a status on the left hand side at the bottom next to the button that says post or share. it will have a little image to the left., if you click that you can change who sees it.

or go in your privacy settings or account settings and check ur privacy/account things ! if u do limit old/past posts it will be seen only to your friends ! or do custom privacy !
