There is no apps or programs available to the public that will tell people who has visited their Facebook profile, so you're safe from the majority of people.

There are other ways to find out who's visited their profile however. Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) who you buy the internet from can view your internet history and track what websites you go on and if you have viruses or other programs that can track what websites you go on, they will be able to.
