How can I get this off of my twitter?

My toolbar is green and it has a locked symbol. It says Identified by Verisign. Is there anyway I can take this off, because it's causing my twitter page not to load fully and I can't see the trending topics or navigate away from the homepage.

I think your browser's or firewall's security settings are too high. You need to reduce security settings so you can access twitter
