I'm having trouble logging in?

So, I just got a new laptop, and I have to log in to a online site for my school. The website is called e-learning for the University of Florida. My old laptop allowed me to log in without a problem. When I try to log into the website now, I get automatically sent back to the log in page. What's strange is that the log in is the same for my UF email, and it works perfectly fine. I'm thinking it has something to do with the page of E-learning. Does anyone know if I need to like download some type of java, flash, or something else?
