Why can't I get the "video" version on Instagram?
So I have an android phone, I have Instagram and my friends are telling me all I need to do is update it. But I have, I updated it to the 4.0.2 version two days ago and the option to film or record isn't there..what is wrong or what do I need to do?

your phone may not be Android 4.1 (Jellybean) or higher
