Facebook said it was a friend or family member who had purchased from their account via my Paypal! Very confused and not getting any help from Facebook

It's never happened to me before. I think your account might be hacked. Change your password immediately and ask around your family and friends if they accidentally used your account to buy something. Send an email to PayPal as well, if you're positive that no one you know made the purchase!

Ask family and friends first, if no, then change your password (use mixed numbers, upper/lower case letters, punctuation and symbols) AND file a paypal dispute right away! That is considered FRAUD and paypal takes that seriously.

Ask Them If They Used it If They Didint Than Contact Pay Pal Right Away and Let them Know That Someone Stole your Pay Pal Info And Used it on Facebook Thats Considered Fraud And They Take it Serious
