It means that your name is forever marked with a red frowny face. Every time you get stopped by the cops, or try to apply for a credit card, or even apply for a job they will see this frowny face on your World-Wide personnel Information File (WPIF). You won't be able to get a job, a car, a house, and will get harassed by cops ALL the time!

No nothing will happen, it just means that no one cares about you enough to listen to your crap on Facebook!
