how can i disconnect my facebook account from my yahoo account?

I really don't understand why this is happening.

How you log in to your Facebook? Do you go to http://www.facebook.com, fill in your email address you use for Facebook and type your Facebook password?

Try that, if you can sign in, then go to Account Settings ➤ General Setting ➤ add another email address ➤ follow through the instructions. After it's succeeded, ie. you see your added email address in Facebook, then you can assign the new email as your primary email, after it's ok, you can delete your old email address.
