Twitter confirmation Email?

I made a Yahoo email and saved it on my email accounts. Then i made a twitter i put down the info my email, my name, etc...Then Twitter send me the confirmation email, i hit the confirmation button, even the link and all it says is this: The webpage at email:// might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

? it has been doing that since yesterday. Obviously, my email is correct or else they would have not send it....It is irritating me. I also cannot view twitter on desktop because i canot find it on the internet.... Help!!!!

Hmm... I think maybe Twitter is updating, or it could be the fact that the site is on mateninance or something, when you got the email, what it labeled as a junk, or some type of smart screen filter mail that blocks the site or doesn't let you in? Sometimes that can happen if they think it's unsafe, and in the confirmation email they always add another link or code to paste on to the Twitter confirmation page if the confirmation link in the email appears to be broken, maybe that'll let you in somehow.
