Go to Twitter's Troubleshooting page: https://support.twitter.com/groups/55-troubleshooting#

"I cannot remember the email address I used on my account.

•Use your account's username and password to log in here.
•If that does not work, visit our password request form and enter the username or email addresses or mobile phone number you think you used. Then, check all your email inboxes – we will send password reset instructions to the account's email address."

"•If you're unsure which email you used, go to this page https://twitter.com/account/resend_password and enter any possible email address. We'll show you a confirmation message when you enter an email that is tied to a Twitter account in our system."

You have a few options for reseting your Twitter password.

https://support.twitter.com/groups/51-me...-password#

"Recovering a lost or forgotten password

How to change your password while you're logged in:

1. From your logged in account, click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen and select Settings.
2. Click on the Password tab.
3. Enter your current password.
4. Choose your new password.
5. Save your changes by clicking Save changes.

Note: If you're able to log in but can't remember your password, you can send yourself a password reminder from the password settings page.

How to send yourself a password reset via email:

1. From the sign in page on either twitter.com, mobile.twitter.com, Twitter for Android or Twitter for iPhone, select the Forgot password? link or click here.
2. Enter your email address or Twitter username.
3. Check your email inbox. Twitter will immediately send a message to your account's email address.
4. Click the reset link in that email.
5. Choose a new password.

How to send yourself a password reset via SMS:

If you've added your mobile number to your account in your Mobile settings, you may receive a password reset via SMS/text message.

1. From the Forgot password? page and enter your mobile number or Twitter username.
2. Select Reset via phone, if prompted.
3. Twitter will text you a six digit code that is valid for 15 minutes.
4. Enter this code on the web.
5. You will then be prompted to choose a new password.

Not receiving the SMS code?

•It may take up to a few minutes for you to receive the code
•If you do not receive it after a few minutes, try texting HELP to your Twitter short code to ensure you are receiving SMS notifications from Twitter. If you do not receive anything back, please review our SMS troubleshooting page or use the email password reset option above.

Requiring additional information to request a password reset:

If you frequently receive password reset messages that you did not request, you can require additional information be entered in order to initiate a password reset:

1. On a computer, go to your Account settings page.
2. Scroll down and check the box next to Require personal information to reset my password.
3. This will require that you enter your account email address or mobile number, in addition to your username, in order to send a password reset email or SMS/text."

You can contact Twitter on these pages.
