Why can't i post videos on Instagram?!?

I have a Samsumg Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 tablet and its an Android and i can't post videos. I'll record the video, and after i record it, i choose a filter, and then when it asks to choose a cover frame, it freezes the screen and it goes back to my feed, but it doesn't get rid of the video. When i press the post button, my video is still there and i go through the same thing over and over and over. :/ Stupid. It's up to date too.

Idk. My insta video on my iPod sucks to because when I make a video it always crashes and I have to start all over again, sometimes I have to shut my iPod off and start over. But hopefully they come out with a new update that fixes this for both of us.
